In a bid to provide university scientists and researchers, individual inventors, IP experts and other interested parties with information on how to set up a technology transfer office at a research institution, and information on IP commercialization, including IP licensing, the SIPO, USPTO Joint Seminar on IP Management and Commercialization was held in Beijing on July 24. SIPO Deputy Commissioner Gan Shaoning and USPTO Vice Commissioner Teresa Rea attended the seminar and delivered speech.
