After examination, the opposed mark “路路立马LULULIMA and device” is similar to prior trademark “立马” in similar goods of Shanghai Lima Electrombile manufacturing Co., Ltd.

According to Article 28, 33 of China Trademark Law and Article 23 of Regulation on the Implementation of China Trademark Law, we make a ruling that the opposition grounds of Shanghai Lima Electrombile manufacturing Co., Ltd. are partially established and trademark “路路立马LULULIMA and device” No.: 6170188 is partially refused.
